Fascism Nouveau?

After the First World War, European Empires such as Austria, Germany, Russia and Turkey broke up, liberating a whole host of previously oppressed peoples, including the Hungarians, Ukrainians, Roumanians, the Yugoslavs and the Catalonians.  Determined never to be oppressed again, they all spawned political movements to give self-respect with cult-like followers wearing black and using a special gesture.  Western government grovelled to them, feeling sorry for their previous plight.  Many newspapers like The Daily Mail supported them and everyone was was too timid to confront them as they went out of hand.

These movements stated that they were superior to those who had oppressed them, and soon expected submission from them, and then engaged in violence against them by smashing and looting their stores and beating them up in the street -- finally killing them en masse. 

 

We term those movements, “European Fascism” and it took nearly 100 million deaths in WW2, the worst war in history, to defeat this evil.

Today, we face another cult-like movement amongst a previously oppressed people, dressing in black with a special hand gesture, demanding submission and smashing and looting stores and beating up people in the street, and before whom, Justin Trudeau has already grovelled on his knees.

Amazing how history repeats itself as if no-one has learned a thing.
