English Quebecers need Quebec information about COVID-19 protocols
During the current COVID-19 pandemic, getting crucial information out to the entire population in a timely manner is one of the Quebec government’s most important functions. And making sure that Quebec’s English-speaking community receives this information is a necessity.
All members of Quebec society need to know key details about emergency protocols, and this includes members of the English-speaking community, many of whom are elderly and living in rural and isolated areas. They need to know about how to proceed during a health emergency, about triage operations, where to call and where to present if and when they exhibit symptoms. No one should be overlooked during a health emergency.
All English-language newspapers should be included in the Quebec government’s COVID-19 pandemic instructions ad campaign. No newspaper should be excluded.
There is time to get these ads – which are available – into all English weekly newspapers.
The Quebec Community Newspapers Association is ready to ensure the English versions of the ad can be booked and published in English community newspapers across the province as soon as possible, and on their digital platforms immediately.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience. During this emergency period we are working seven days a week.
