Election Reform or a Big Lie?

 

There’s a very interesting historical 1923 fact (that the Liberals have been on election reform since then), proving they’ve been Election Reform (ER) ‘Fiberals’ for almost a century!

I propose we promote a national day of Election Reform mourning each year leading into the 2019 election – on the day that Justin Trudeau sent out Ms Gould to announce his backroom brain trust’s (Telford, Butts, et al) cynical partisan political betrayal.

I just wrote to Justin Trudeau: “You promised 17,711,983 intelligent Canadian voters (including 6,928,514 of us who voted ‘Liberal’) that 2015 would be the last first-past-the-post election.

“But if Canada does not have real proportional representation by the next election, then 2015 will have been the last election that I and many other betrayed Canadians, especially the younger generations, will have voted for any Liberal candidate for the rest of our lives!

“And in October 2019, we will still all remember your Fiberal ‘Day of Infamy’.”
