Editor’s note on Official Languages

A letter to the editor about the primarily unilingual city consultation about Park des cèdres sparked a series of letters to the editor in the Bulletin. We will publish one more round of responses for those who wish to add their perspective on this. Priority will be given to new points, fresh ideas.

But the conversation continues - there is a Public Forum on the topic of Official Languages hosted by Greg Fergus, along with the Honourable Mélanie Joly on November 5. See page 1 of this edition for more details. Following the Public Forum, the Bulletin will publish new letters on the topic, should further ideas come forward.
