LETTER
COVID 101
At the outset of this pandemic, the management of my condo building posted guidelines in both French and English outlining procedures to ensure the safety of the residents. I was disappointed to see that someone has vandalised these guidelines by scrawling across one of the English directives the words “en francais - 101”. From my understanding of Bill 101, this notice does not contravene the Act. In any case, with people’s lives at stake, this is not the time to be petty about using the English language.
