CORRECTION: Winter cycling letter

 

The Bulletin incorrectly changed a word in the letter to the editor in the edition of January 11, written by Bob Rousselle. Mr Rousselle’s intent with his letter was to express that he does not condone winter cycling, not that he does not encourage it, as printed on page 5.

The Bulletin apologizes for any
