Condominium building at 94 Lucerne Boulevard put on hold
According to Luc Potvin, housing manager at Boulet Construction, the 23-unit condominium building which was set to host 17 luxury condos and six penthouses at 94 Lucerne Boulevard, has been put on hold.
Mr Potvin did not wish to elaborate further on the reasons for this delay, simply stating that “nothing is being done in the next two to three years”.
The luxury condo complex, whose project name is Le Pierre, was set to be built near green spaces on the edge of the Ottawa River and the Champlain Bridge.
The Aylmer Bulletin reached out to both the city and the promotor on November 22 for further information detailing the reasons for the delay and neither responded.
