Community associations welcome Santa, families, fun

Aylmer residents from Champlain Park, La Croisée and Emile-Zola shared community Christmas at the Gatineau Golf Club on Sunday, December 9. 

While residents and the Golf Club offered donations to the Aylmer Food Bank, approximately 60 families took the opportunity to sit with Santa for a beautiful family photo after he practiced take-offs and landings on the golf course. 
Delicious canapes, hot chocolate and fresh baked cookies were served while children enjoyed arts and crafts, a personal airbrushed Christmas souvenir and their chat with Santa. The afternoon was a very enjoyable gathering and the participating Community Associations were grateful for shared volunteers, the support from residents and the Gatineau Golf Club.
