City notices, French and English 

 The Bulletin has, on a number of occasions, invited the Ville de Gatineau to advertise their Public Notices in French as well as English. The Ville de Gatineau declined the offer. If readers wish to contact the city to request they place the Public Notices in French as well, they should start with contacting 3-1-1 with this request. After doing so, and noting the docket number of the call to 3-1-1, residents can then contact their city councillor on the same issue, providing the 3-1-1 docket number at that time.
