Cavanagh Street to be extended

At the request of several residents, the construction project near the Lucerne-Eastern intersection will involve the extension of Cavanagh Street, as well as the relocation of the retention basin located along Lucerne Boulevard, to allow the construction of seven single-family stand-alone homes.

This is a Les Habitations Bouladier project; the company has worked on various development projects in the area, including condo projects at Domaine des Vignobles and the Connaught district, located on the former site of the Aylmer Hippodrome
