Big retail hole to fill 

 

With Aylmer’s Canadian Tire closed, it will no longer be possible to buy hardware items, paint, sports equipment, car parts and small household appliances in the heart of Aylmer. We also lose a major garage for the purchase of tires and repairs. This situation is unacceptable for an area as populated as Aylmer.

 

I hope that APICA, Les Galeries Aylmer, the City and our councillors will work together to quickly find a replacement (or multiple businesses) for the store that has deserted Aylmer. Try to find a Canadian company with quality products and which treats its employees and suppliers with respect.
