Anxiety in children

We would like to welcome back guest facilitator, Joanne Doucette, MSW, RSW, Therapist at the Child, Adolescent and Family Centre of Ottawa (CAFCO) for a workshop/conference, Wednesday, November 28 from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at the Western Quebec School Board (Council Chambers), 15 rue Katimavik, Gatineau (Aylmer).

Join us to learn about the causes of anxiety in children. We will also share some practical, hands-on strategies to help children express their feelings and build emotional resilience.Resources will be available and refreshments will be served.
