A leaders' debate for English speakers?

Following the refusal of the Premier of Quebec to participate in the September 20th English-language leaders' debate and its cancellation, the Leader of the Conservative Party of Quebec, Éric Duhaime, has officially invited the Leader of the Official Opposition, Dominique Anglade, to jointly hold a leaders' debate for English-speaking Quebecers.
    The Quebec Conservative Party considers the Premier's refusal to hold such a debate for all Quebecers to be a totally unacceptable denial of democracy.    (Translated)
