A great sight this morning

 

As I was leaving my son's daycare at the corner of Broad/De La Course I heard a young boy crying across the street. I looked over to see an older boy stop his bike and start speaking to the distraught boy on the corner. The older boy gave the younger a big hug as he was crying/coughing through tears. A second older bike-riding boy also stopped and was speaking with them.

I called over and asked if they were okay. The boy on the bike said "Yes! He just thought he was lost!" I asked if they knew where they were going and he said they did.

The two older boys got off their bikes and walked the young man to school. I was so impressed by the two boys helping out.

So, great job to some moms (and dads) out there raising kind young gentlemen!

This made my day.
